Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
• Spiritual items that have been worn, used, or energized (such as malas, bracelets, pendants)
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or discounted items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.
